Why Can’t I Uncomplete/Amend a Completed Inspection?

If you are unable to make changes to a completed inspection and are prompted with a message saying ‘You do not have permission to perform this action’, this will be because your access rights do not give you this privilege.

To confirm you have the access rights to make such amendments, go to:

System > Security > Access Rights

Expand the tree as follows:

Systems > Job > Forms > View and Modify Inspection > Actions

Ensure that the Security Role for the appropriate person is ticked to give the user access. The double negative wording means you need to be ticked to be able to modify inspections post completion.
