Making Changes to Completed Job Visits

There are a number of access rights that control your ability to make changes to job visits and inspections once completed. With the correct set up however,  you will be able to make these changes yourself. To ensure you can make any relevant/common changes please ensure your access rights are reflected below.

To change/see access rights, go to:

System > Security > Access Rights

You’d need to be ticked to be allowed to make changes to Signed Visits  and to make changes after Timesheet submissions.  You’d also need access to ‘uncomplete visits’ and also ‘delete visits’.

With these access rights in place, you will be able to complete any of the following actions:

  • Delete visits (regardless of whether there are signatures)
  • Change visit dates on job visits
  • Amend times on job visits

Note:  Be weary of the wording of the ‘disallow’ access rights as the double negative wording means you have to be ticked to be allowed to make such changes.
