How to Cancel a Maintenance Contract
To cancel a contract, open the Maintenance Contract in question using either the Global Enquiry screen.
Then click the ‘Cancel’ button in the bottom left hand corner.
Note: You may only cancel a contract before raising invoices.
You will be asked for confirmation of the cancellation. Click ‘Yes’. You will then need to select a reason for the cancellation and the list of reasons will open for you on the Contract Tab. Select your reason and then click the ‘Close’ button. The reason selected and the date of the cancellation are stored on the Contract. The status of the contract advances to Cancelled.
