Creating a new Service Type
Each Service Type set in the system specifies a different type of service to be carried out against a piece of equipment. To add and create a new Service Type in the system go to:
Congig > Contracts > Service Types
• On the resulting window, click into the Name field and begin typing the name of the new Service Type
• You will be prompted with a message confirming that the specified Service Type doesn’t exist and whether you’d like to add this one as a new one
• Confirm this and you now have a new Service Type created
• All that is left is to fill in the relevant details across both the General and Overrides tab
