How to Amend the Customer on a Maintenance Contract
Protean acknowledges that sometimes changes may need to be made to current records. You may have begun invoicing a contract and find that the contract is to be taken over by a managing agent for instance. You can simply use the Customer Alpha field to over-type the Alpha to be that of the new Managing agent or alternatively use the […] button to manually search for the new customer.
Once amended, any invoices for this customer will be raised against the new invoice address instead of the original one.
