More detailed information is required against Tasks bring created
Cause
There are two types of Tasks Forms, Simple and Advanced. By default the Simple Task Form is set against an Employee’s record but there is an option to change this so that this per user so that the advanced form can be used
Resolution
Click on the System Tab at the top left of the Protean Window and Select the Employee Icon. If you do not see this icon you may need your permissions changing or refer to a user that does have access
Click on the ‘Name’ dropdown list and select the user who needs the Advanced Task Form
Click on the ‘Other’ tab
Tick the box entitle “Use sales Task form instead of Simple Task Form”
Click on Apply to set the changes and then Click on OK to close the Employee Record
