Applying EORI Numbers to your Protean Reports

If your business trades goods and services with the European Union, you may need to display an EORI number on your Protean Reports. The support team can apply these to you. To do this, please send us an email with the details below.

The Support Team will need:

  • Your EORI number.
  • The file path specified for your user reports database (in Protean under ‘System > Utilities > User Reports or Config > Utilities > User Reports). The database location should only need to be copied and pasted into the email to us.

We will also need a dial into your server/screen to implement the changes so to help make the process as efficient as possible for you, please ensure if there are restrictions in place for us having to get on to your server, that this has been arranged for us before making the request. For instance, if your IT need to allow us on to the server via a specific method, it’s best that this is arranged with them beforehand.
