It is possible to uplift Maintenance Contract rates at any given time using a number of different criteria allowing you to apply a blanket price increase or an increase for a specific contract. To do this go to:

Maintenance > Uplift Contract Charges

• On the resulting window on the ‘Criteria’ tab there are a number of filters which can be used to determine the contracts that you will uplift the charges for
• Once you have specified the contracts you would like to uplift enter the percentage by which you wish to update the contract rates into the ‘Uplift %’ field
• Then click the ‘Calculate’ button
• The system will switch the screen to the ‘Contracts’ tab and display a definitive list of the affected contracts as per the criteria with a breakdown of the old and new rates
• You can now evaluate the results before applying the uplift
• At this point you can make any final adjustments such as rounding up/down any exact figures or even removing any specific contracts from the uplift by highlighting the contract using the Record Selector and then hitting the ‘Remove’ button on the bottom left
• Finally, press the ‘Update Contracts’ button to apply the uplift
