Currency Maintenance
How do I add a new currency?
- Go to System ➔ Accounts ➔ Currency
- This will give you a list of all the current currencies that are available
- To create a new currency, enter the currency name in the empty field along with the code, sign and the exchange rates
How do I amend an existing currency?
- To amend an existing currency, click into any field that you want to amend and make the changes:
What do I do if the exchange rates changes?
- To amend an exchange rate against a currency, you will need to click into the exchange rate that needs to be amended and alter the rate to be the correct rate
