How do I Quote a Maintenance Contract?
If you wish to create a quoted Maintenance Contract, simply go to:
Maintenance Create Contract
- Create the Maintenance Contract as necessary adding the equipment as required with the relevant Service Schedule and Charges
- Once the done, click the ‘Print Contract’ button
- This process prints a hard copy of the Contract allowing this to be sent to the customer as a Quote – the status of the Maintenance Contract will also change to ‘Quoted’
- Once/If the Customer agrees the Contract, return to the Contract and click the ‘Agree’ button to activate the Maintenance Contract – alternatively the Contract can be cancelled
