Web Support Request

With the ongoing enhancements to our support website, we’ve recently introduced the ability to log support requests directly from the website. On the homepage of the site you will now see a button introducing this function. All you will be required to do is fill in the details and this will automatically generate a support request with us. Outline the details and we will contact you with a response.

Ransomware Attacks

Whilst we’re all doing our part to keep key industries afloat during this uncertain time, we have unfortunately seen a significant increase in cyber attacks. So, whilst we will always help you as best we can if you were unfortunately targeted by ransomware, we’d like to take this opportunity to remind you to ensure your IT infrastructure is as secure as possible and to ensure that frequent backups are made to minimise the effects of any such attacks.

Your IT are responsible for ensuring back-up schedules and files are suitably maintained. With many users now successfully set up working remotely, it can do no harm to ensure that the relevant precautions are taken to protect your business.

Bank Holiday

Just another quick reminder to all our customers, particularly those a little further out that the upcoming Bank Holiday is coming up on Monday May 25th 2020 and so we will be closed.

We hope you enjoy this time as best and as safely as possible but if you have any concerns or queries please contact the support team.
