We’re happy to announce that the Protean mobile application is now able to support mobile devices using Android 12. With the release of our latest build, Protean 7.4.5162 (FR3.7), mobile devices on Android 12 or below will now work without issues. You would need to upgrade the version of Protean you’re on to make use of this compatibility and the upgrade files are now available on our support website.
The install files include all the files required to upgrade, the release notes, covering the features and fixes in this build, along with the upgrade guide, which outlines the process of upgrading.
If you’re on Protean 7.3 or newer, you’re welcome to upgrade at your own convenience but if you’re on an older version of Protean, please contact the Support Team who will be able to advise further.
