Employee Departments

This form can be used to maintain the departments used in the Employee screens.

Go to Config > General > Employee Departments on the menu.

To add a new Department click the ‘Add’ button. A small window will open. Type in the name of the Department you wish to create and then click ‘OK’.

To amend an existing Department highlight the Department name and click the ‘Edit’ button. Overtype the name of the Department and click OK.

To remove a Department highlight the Department name and click the ‘Delete’ button. If the Department is not in use then it will be removed from the system.
