Creating or Amending Job Titles

How do I add or amend Job Titles?

Job Titles can be setup for use against Customer Contacts. To add or amend these, go to:

Config > CRM > Job Titles

  • On the resulting window, simply click ‘Add’ to add a new Job Title
  • It is also possible to edit Job Titles by highlighting them and clicking the ‘Edit’ button
  • If a Job Title has also not been used on any Customer Contact records, then they can easily be removed too by clicking the ‘Delete’ button
