Creating Depots, Stores and Work Areas
- Go to Config ➔ General ➔ Depots, Stores & Work Areas
- Within here you will have three tabs along the top, Depots, Stores & Work Areas – This works in a tier like system where the Depot is the top level then stores and then work areas.
- As with other areas of the system to create a new entry you simply go to the end of the list and type your new entry in the blank box
- On the Work areas tab this is normally where you would enter an engineer’s van details for example and this work area is what you would select on the Employee record
