Adding new Sales Opportunity Status’
To add new Status’ for Sales Opportunities, go to:
System > CRM > Sales Opportunity Statuses
- Click the ‘Add’ button and type in the name of the new Status on the resulting window
- Click ‘OK’ to complete the addition
- To Edit or Delete a Status, simply highlight the appropriate Status and click the relevant button
Note – The Status’ Cancelled, Lost and Won are in built status and cannot be amended or deleted.
