What are the different Labour Session status?

What are the different Labour Session status’?

There are a number of different of labour session status. The details of each is outlines below:

Status Meaning

Entry – The Labour Session has not yet been saved for the first time.

Unallocated The Session has been saved, but as yet no Engineer has been allocated to it

Notification Required The Job has been assigned to an engineer with a PDA but the details have not yet been sent to them

Notification Sent The Job has been assigned to an Engineer with a PDA and the visit details have been sent to them

Waiting Acceptance The Job details have been delivered to the Engineer’s PDA but the Engineer has not yet accepted the job

Allocated The Engineer has received and accepted the job on their PDA

En-Route The Engineer is travelling to site

On Site The Engineer is on site

Visited The Engineer has been to the site and carried out the required work

Details Required The work has been completed on the Job Session but there are important details missing from the Session

Complete The details of the visit have been entered and the Labour Session is complete
