How do I Cancel the rest of a partly received Purchase Order?
In the instance that you have a partially receipted Purchase Order and the remaining goods are no longer required or supplied by this supplier, you can cancel the remaining items to complete off the purchase order. To do this, go to the Purchase Order in question:
- Click into the Purchase Order
- Click the ‘Cancel’ button
- You will be prompted with the message confirming whether you’d like to set any outstanding quantities to zero
- Confirming this will set the Purchase Order to delivered status, zeroing the quantities of any outstanding quantities
- Alternatively you can click the ‘View Quantities’ button on the bottom right of the Purchase Order and 0 the quantities for any outstanding lines
