To add the Protean.accde file to the Microsoft office trusted locations please following these steps;

Close Protean
Open Access 2016
Click ‘File’
Click ‘Options’
Click on ‘Trust Center’
Click on ‘Trust Center Settings’
Click on ‘Trusted Locations’
Within here, add ‘C:\Programdata\Protean 7.4’
Click ‘OK’
Close Access
