Protean support job portal

The Protean support portal is where you can view previous and current support job references and the current status including details of the work  required and work carried out by support engineers.

To register for access to the portal please contact the support team.

The portal can be accessed by clicking the ‘Login’ button on the support portal – https://support.proteansoftware.com

Once in the portal you will see a list of the most recent support requests you have logged and how many are still currently ‘open’, if you then click the ‘Jobs’ heading this will take you to the full list of support jobs

The list can be filtered to show jobs logged between specific date ranges and also by type of job;

  • Support (1st line)
  • Support escalation (2nd line)
  • Data specialist (Reports & data team)

If you click on a specific job number this will open the job details where you can view further information such as the ‘work required’ and the ‘visits’ showing what work has been carried out by support consultants.
