How do I create new Sales Barriers?

Sales Barriers are created to be used on Sales Opportunities to allow you to allocate potential problems on Sales deals. This can be useful for reporting purposes. For example, Price may be a factor i.e. a competitor is cheaper than you are.

To add a new Sales Barrier, go to:

System > CRM > Sales Barriers

• Click the ‘Add’ button and enter a name for the Barrier you are adding
• To Delete or Edit existing barriers use the relevant box to do so
• Simply click ‘Close’ to exit and begin use on Sales Opportunities
