How do I close a Customer Account?
The process of closing a customer account is simple. To do this, go to:
Customers > Global Enquiry
• Find the relevant customer account
• On the ‘General’ tab simply select the ‘Closed’ status from the Status drop down
Note: In order to close the customer account, all outstanding transactions should be closed and/or completed. This includes Jobs, Sales Orders, Maintenance/Hire Contracts, Despatches, etc. Protean will prompt if anything is outstanding and will prevent closing the account until this has been corrected.
